Project Planning, Engineering & Management

As high as thirty percent of executed projects are marked insufficient right from the early phase while twenty-four percent will be prove problematic, doubtful. Almost fifteen percent of all projects will be implemented out-of-context during the course of its execution while a further ten percent are more likely to overrun initial expectations, fail to meet the schedule, or fall short in technical and exceed predetermined plan. Eight percent, especially the large transformational projects will probably be reckoned obsolete by the time they are fully followed through. A small percent (nearly four percent) are well executed but to-be realized benefits will be short-lived simply because there is no adequate support structure deployed that will ensure that the projects are expertly integrated and managed.

Typical Implementation Profile of Change Projects

Only a few companies such as 4H Offshore have mastered the skill of positively planning, implementing and beat preset goals. 4H Offshore’s continual excellence in developing new technological resolutions and the delivery of key milestones is based on our own in-house Project Implementation and Performance Monitoring Technique, which has been developed, substantiated and documented on numerous projects. The technique outlined corroborates the methodology outlined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, the method pools together the most effective and efficient inventive and sophisticated solutions important to achieving key initiatives by taking full consideration and understanding of possible challenges during the project’s life cycle, and thus enabling a pro-active mitigation and risk management. For every project we undertake, our mandate is to ensure that projects are systematically planned and executed timely and within budget. Lastly, the technique brings together a well-conceived and adequately financed, meticulously outlined Project Execution and Management Plan.
